Honoring the Moon: A Meditational Sound Bath w/Cacao 

Each month my beloved and I would like to invite you to gather underneath the full moon to share sacred space with us. We will be offering cacao, the ceremonial chocolate and a wonderful heart opener or calming tea offering. 

We will begin the night with a unifying moon ritual. After that you will be settled in expertly with a beautiful guided meditation centered around the energy of the full moon. Each time we gather the meditation will be specific in regards to astrology, the farmers almanac, lessons, letting go, etc… in this way we can harness the energy of the season and the specific power of each moon.

After the guided meditation the sound bath will begin. You will hear alchemy singing bowls, a crystal harp, a native American drum, and MUCH more! This monthly sound session will see you refreshed, enlivened, and restored. Centered and cleansed. Balanced and free.

We then will return together, complete some unifying stretches and breathwork then close as a community 💫
