We teach a set sequence of postures as taught by Sri. K. Pattahbi Jois. The unique sequence of postures are designed to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body, and a sense of stillness to the mind. This class will teach the fundamentals of Ashtanga yoga, sun salutations, ujjayi breath, energy locks, and vinyasas to prepare the student for the full primary series of Ashtanga yoga.

- Check in with your instructor upon arrival in the studio. Please arrive on time.
- Props and mats are available for use. Mats are limited.
