Unwind, release tension, and increase flexibility in our Yin and Mobility class—a soothing yet effective practice that blends the deep, restorative stretches of Yin Yoga with gentle mobility work to enhance joint health and overall flexibility. This class is designed to help you deeply relax while improving your body’s range of motion and relieving tightness.

Throughout the class, you’ll hold longer, passive stretches that target connective tissue and fascia, allowing for deep relaxation and the release of tension stored in the body. The slow-paced mobility exercises are seamlessly integrated into the practice, gently promoting joint mobility and muscle flexibility without strain, helping you feel more open and at ease.

Yin and Mobility is ideal for those seeking a calming yet restorative practice that also improves flexibility, joint health, and overall well-being. It’s perfect for unwinding after a long day, recovering from physical activity, or simply releasing stress and stiffness in a deeply relaxing environment.

  • Check in with your instructor upon arrival in the studio. Please arrive on time.
