Restorative yoga is a receptive, prop-intensive practice of mindful resting to bring a deep sense of relaxation and healing to the body. Restorative is all about slowing down! In this class you will hold yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration while being supported by props like blocks, blankets, bolsters, and more for a passive stretching experience.

Restorative is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. This practice is supported by healing sound and vibration to ease you into a meditative state. The goal of a Restorative yoga practice is to access inner harmony, a place where healing occurs.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
  • Please reserve your spot for class. Classes with no reservations 1 hour prior to start time will be canceled.
  • Check in with your instructor upon arrival in the studio. Please arrive on time.  
  • Props and mats are available for use. Mats are limited.
