This class is ideal for those looking to establish a strong foundation in the Ashtanga tradition, whether you're new to the practice or an experienced yogi seeking to refine your skills. Each session begins with the traditional Ashtanga opening, including Sun Salutations and the Standing Series, to build warmth, alignment, and breath awareness.

The second half of the class will focus on a different element each week, such as breathwork, arm balancing, vinyasa variations, or other key aspects of the practice. This will be tailored to the needs and interests of the students in the room, providing personalized guidance and space to explore new techniques and deepen your understanding.

This class is perfect for beginners who want to build confidence in the fundamentals, as well as seasoned practitioners looking to break through plateaus and deepen their practice. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore!
