Guided by Courtney’s calming presence and thoughtful instruction, this slow flow yoga class is designed to gently awaken the body and ground the mind through mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep presence. This gentle practice offers you the space to slow down, connect to your breath, and ease into movement—creating a sense of presence before the new week begins. We’ll close with a guided reflection to digest the past week and prepare for the days ahead."
