Restorative yoga is a gentle, prop-supported practice that invites the body to rest deeply and release layers of tension. Each pose is held for several minutes while you’re fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing every muscle to soften and the breath to slow.
As the body feels safe and supported, energy can shift toward restoring balance in the nervous system. This quiet practice encourages stillness, awareness, and ease — a chance to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.
