Experience the art of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of conscious relaxation, also known as “yogic sleep.” This practice helps release physical, mental, and emotional tension, promoting deep healing and restful clarity.
In this class, you’ll begin by lying comfortably on your back, supported by blankets, cushions, or props to help you feel completely at ease. Your instructor will guide you through a body scan, where you'll bring awareness to different areas of the body, gently releasing any tension and allowing you to sink deeper into relaxation.
As the class progresses, you’ll be led through a series of calming techniques, including breath awareness, intention setting (Sankalpa), and visualization exercises, all designed to help you access a deep meditative state. You may also explore subtle energy work to harmonize your body and mind. The experience is deeply restorative, often leading to a profound sense of calm, clarity, and rejuvenation.
This practice is accessible to all levels—no previous yoga experience required. All you need is a comfortable space to lie down, and the willingness to let go and unwind. By the end of the class, you’ll feel deeply relaxed, centered, and more connected to yourself.
