A 2 hour blindfolded yoga workshop and experience, where your other senses take the lead and your inward journey begins. A blindfold will be provided, and you'll be safely and expertly guided through movement to experience a form of sensory deprivation known as Pratiyahara. This translates to "withdrawal of physical sensations." By reducing the sensory input of sight, each participant will have their own unique experience that enhances body awareness, spatial orientation, balance, and self-connection. Removing the visual element eliminates self-comparison, allowing movement to evolve.
